Security

Quely connects work and context from systems a team already uses. Security controls must protect account data, connected system data, and content within Spaces.

Product Data Flow and Scope

Quely can process account details, connected work and context, meeting content, documents, comments, and product activity needed to provide the Services. The Privacy Policy describes the data categories and processing purposes.

Authentication and Access Control

Access to Quely requires an authenticated account. When a user connects a third-party system, access depends on the permissions granted for that connection and the provider's authorization model.

Encryption

Quely uses HTTPS and TLS to protect data in transit. Quely uses MongoDB Atlas as its primary database service and uses the service's encryption controls for stored data.

Hosting and Data Residency

Quely uses Amazon Web Services for cloud hosting. The Privacy Policy describes the regions where Quely or its service providers can process data. A service provider's certification does not mean that Quely holds the same certification.

Connected Systems and Permissions

Quely requests the access needed to provide each connected workflow. Review each connection and its data scope before a pilot. Use a bounded data set that is suitable for the agreed pilot.

AI Model Data Handling

Quely uses third-party AI services to support Orbit. Contact Quely for the current provider, retention, and training settings before a pilot that includes confidential information.

Retention and Deletion

The Privacy Policy describes Quely's retention and deletion approach. Users can request data deletion by contacting team@quely.io.

Incident Response

Report a suspected security issue to team@quely.io. Quely will review the report and coordinate the next steps with the affected organization.

Certifications and Current Scope

Quely does not currently claim SOC 2 certification. Teams that require formal vendor assurance, or plan to use regulated or sensitive production data, should complete a security review before a pilot.
